Terms of Service

1. Introduction

By accessing and using Clienteria, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. Additionally, you must comply with any published rules applicable to such services. Please also review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service.

2. Service Description

Clienteria provides users with access to appointment planning tools, client management, calendar synchronization with Google Calendar (including external calendar sync), and notifications ('Service'). You understand and agree that the Service is provided 'AS IS' and that Clienteria is not responsible for timeliness, deletion, or failure to store settings.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must register an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

3a. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with Google Calendar and other third-party services. You acknowledge that: (a) these third-party services are not controlled by Clienteria and may change or become unavailable; (b) availability and functionality of Google Calendar integration depends on Google's services and API policies; (c) you are responsible for maintaining your Google account in good standing; (d) Clienteria is not liable for any data loss or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.

3b. Calendar Synchronization

When using Google Calendar integration: (a) you grant Clienteria permission to read from and write to your Google Calendar as described in our Privacy Policy; (b) changes to appointments are synced bidirectionally — modifications or deletions in Google Calendar will affect your Clienteria appointments and vice versa; (c) Clienteria is not responsible for scheduling conflicts, data discrepancies, or information displayed in your Google Calendar; (d) you may revoke access at any time by disconnecting in your settings or through your Google Account permissions.

3c. Google Authentication

When you use Google Sign-In, you authorize Google to share your basic profile information with Clienteria. You are responsible for the security of your Google account. Clienteria is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from compromised Google credentials.

3d. Studios and Specialists

Clienteria serves independent Specialists and Studios. A Specialist working at a Studio keeps their own account, profile and data. Working at a Studio does not create an employment relationship between the Specialist and the Studio, nor between either of them and Clienteria.

3e. Joining a Studio (Invite Codes)

Studios may invite Specialists by creating an invite slot with a one-time invite code, valid for a limited period and revocable by the Studio at any time before use. By entering a valid code, a Specialist joins the Studio: their profile becomes visible in the Studio's workspace and the Studio's permission settings apply to their work within the Studio. Joining or leaving a Studio does not transfer, delete or merge the Specialist's own data.

4a. Client Data

Client records created through the Service may be accessible to both the Specialist and the Studio in accordance with permission settings. When a Specialist leaves a Studio, existing client records are not deleted and remain accessible to both parties; clients decide with whom they continue to book. Each user is responsible for lawfully processing the personal data of their clients.

4b. Services in Studios

Services created by a Specialist in a Studio context belong to the Studio's workspace and are removed from the Specialist's profile when they leave the Studio. Personal services created outside a Studio context remain with the Specialist.

7a. Leaving a Studio — Appointments

Past appointment records are preserved and are never modified as a result of leaving a Studio. Future appointments in the Studio's context may be cancelled or reassigned to another Specialist by the Studio; affected clients will be notified.

7b. Termination of Studio Membership

A Specialist may leave a Studio at any time, and a Studio may remove a Specialist at any time. Removal from a Studio does not delete the Specialist's account, personal services, clients or booking history; the Specialist continues to use the Service as an independent user.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or offensive;
  • Harm minors;
  • Impersonate another person or organization;
  • Forge headers to disguise the origin of content.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content are and will remain the exclusive property of Clienteria and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright and other laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Clienteria be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, data, use, or intangible losses.

7. Termination

We may immediately terminate or suspend your account without prior notice for any reason, including breach of Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. By continuing to use our Service after such changes take effect, you agree to the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. We strive to comply with applicable laws in all jurisdictions where we operate.

10. Refund Policy

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if the service has not been actively used. To request a refund, contact [email protected].
